In the July 2003 issue of Vanity Fair, she was recognized as one of the years' top teen celebrities. In 2004, Vega made two films: Sleepover, and State's Evidence. The actress starred as an online bully in the television show of Lifetime Odd Girl Out the following year. Walkout was a 2006-made-for television movie, was her next role. In addition, she finished filming Remember the Daze in April 2007. The film was released to cinemas with limited screenings. Repo was shot and completed. The Genetic Opera was released in the year 2008 Aram Rappaport produced and wrote Helix on the set of Chicago. The filming began in March of 2008. She had originally been cast in Robert Rodriguez's 2009 Robert Rodriguez film Shorts. However, due to the fact that she was travelling to Australia to shoot Broken Hill, the role of Vega on Shorts required to be recast. Kat Dennings replaced her. She appeared on Broadway in Hairspray with the character Penny. She was Ruby Gallagher in the ABC Family sitcom Ruby & the Rockits which was a collaboration between Patrick Cassidy and David Cassidy. Vega performed the role of Wick in the film The Devil's Carnival, a film directed by Darren Lynn Bousman and screenwriter Terrance Zdunich. The two previously worked together with Vega on Repo! The Genetic Opera. The Genetic Opera. Vega appeared in an independent film 2br/1ba written by Rob Margolies and co-stars with Spencer Grammer and Kathryn Morris. Vega also starred on The Pregnancy Project, a Lifetime Channel movie The Pregnancy Project and her animated film The Clockwork Girl was completed. The film of Vega, The Mine, which was shot in 2010, received only a screening and release. Vega was also voiced Christina on the animated series Unsupervised. Also, she was the guest star in the series Royal Pains. Vega was the role of a young girl of Aerosmith's video for "Legendary child". [13]
